Thank you for purchasing artwork from Francesca Di-Lella. I take pride in the quality and care of each piece I create, and I want you to enjoy your artwork safely and with confidence. Please read the following detailed policy regarding refunds and returns.

1. Refunds and Returns

  • All original artworks and limited edition prints are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged for reasons of change of mind.

  • Refunds or replacements will only be considered if the item arrives damaged or defective due to shipping or production issues.

  • To report damage or defects, please contact me immediately at dilella.art@gmail.com and include clear photographs of the artwork and packaging.

  • Upon receiving your report, I will review the information and may request additional details if necessary.

  • If your claim is approved, I will offer a replacement artwork or a full refund, at my discretion, depending on availability and circumstances.

2. Shipping and Handling

  • I take great care in packaging and shipping each artwork to protect it from damage during transit. This includes using high-quality materials and secure packing methods appropriate to the size and medium of the piece.

  • Artwork is shipped using reliable courier services, and tracking information will be provided where available.

  • I recommend inspecting your artwork immediately upon delivery. If you notice any damage, please report it as soon as possible so that I can resolve the issue promptly.

3. Damage During Transit

  • While every precaution is taken, minor cosmetic issues during shipping may occasionally occur. Damage must be reported within 7 days of delivery to be considered for a refund or replacement.

  • Claims received after this period may not be eligible for resolution.

4. Customer Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at the time of purchase.

  • Ensure someone is available to receive the package to reduce the risk of damage.

  • Keep packaging materials until you have confirmed the artwork arrived in good condition, in case they are needed for a claim.
